Apollo Debt Solutions BDC Reports Monthly NAV Per Share

Apollo Debt Solutions BDC, a non-traded perpetual-life business development company sponsored by affiliates of Apollo Global Management, has declared its monthly net asset value per share for March 2023.

Class I, Class S and Class D shares had an NAV per share of $23.82 as of March 31, 2023, compared to $23.76 the previous month. Shares were originally priced at $25.00 each.

As of March 31, 2023, the fund’s aggregate NAV remained the same as the previous month at $2.3 billion.

As reported by The DI Wire, Apollo Debt Solutions BDC also announced a special distribution in January 2023.

Apollo Debt Solutions BDC launched its $5 billion offering in early 2022 and has raised approximately $2.8 billion through its public and private offerings, as of March 31, 2023.
