Apollo Debt Solutions BDC Announces Resignation of CFO
Apollo Debt Solutions BDC, a non-traded perpetual-life business development company sponsored by affiliates of Apollo Global Management, announced that Amit Joshi, the company’s chief financial officer, notified the Company of his intention to resign on June 2, 2023.
Apollo says Joshi will continue to serve as the company’s CFO for a period of time to transition his responsibilities to other members of the company’s finance department.
Apollo says the company has initiated a search to identify his successor. According to the BDC, Joshi’s decision to resign is not the result of any disagreement with the company, its advisor or their affiliates regarding their operations, policies, practices or otherwise.
Apollo Debt Solutions BDC launched its $5 billion offering in early 2022 and has raised approximately $2.7 billion through its public and private offerings, as of April 30, 2023.
