American Finance Trust Advisor Hires Lincoln Retail REIT Services
American Finance Advisors, LLC, the advisor to American Finance Trust – a publicly registered non-traded REIT sponsored by AR Global, has engaged Lincoln Retail REIT Services as an independent service provider.
Lincoln previously provided real estate-related services on behalf of the advisor to American Realty Capital — Retail Centers of America, an affiliated non-traded REIT that merged with AFT earlier this year.
As the independent service provider, Lincoln has agreed to continue to provide asset management, property management and leasing services related to the multi-tenant properties formerly owned by Retail Centers of America and now owned by American Finance Trust.
American Finance Trust commenced its initial public offering in April 2013, which closed six months later after raising $1.6 billion in investor equity. The company owns a portfolio of 455 properties with a total purchase price of $2.2 billion.
