Allegiancy Names Steve Celuck as New Asset Manager

Allegiancy, a commercial real estate asset management firm based in Richmond, Virginia, hired Steve Celuck to serve as the company’s new asset manager.

In this role, Celuck will help direct Allegiancy’s strategic business plan, drive tactical execution and oversee all operational aspects of an assigned portfolio of properties to maximize owner return and value. In addition, he will provide communication to property owners and implement business plans for each asset.

Celuck has more than 30 years of real estate management experience and most recently served as regional property manager with U.S. Residential Group, where he managed the daily operations of 2,900 apartment homes in Virginia and Maryland.

Allegiancy chief operating officer, David Starowicz, said, “Steve has proven he can deliver excellent results that are in the best interests of the clients and investors while adding value to assets. We look forward to Steve continuing his professional success with Allegiancy on behalf of our investors.”

Allegiancy has more than tripled the number of its employees over the past year. The firm is preparing a $30 million capital raise under the newly approved Reg A+ rules, which, according to the company, it intends to use to further catapult its size and presence in the commercial real estate secondary markets.

Allegiancy is an asset management firm for commercial real estate owners and investors with a technology-enabled operating platform and focus on serving as the owners’ advocate.
