Royal Alliance Associates, an independent wealth management firm within the Advisor Group network, has recruited Mint Wealth Management, a Houston-based financial planning and wealth management firm with three financial professionals and $146 million in client assets.
The Mint financial professionals were affiliated with ProEquities prior to joining Royal Alliance.
Founded in 2005 by CEO Adam Lampe and his father David Lampe, a principal in the practice, Mint Wealth Management also includes wealth advisor Lance Elrod and client service associate Erica Faircloth. The team offers wealth management, tax planning, investment management and estate planning, as well as specialized services for business clients.
Originally operating under the name Lampe & Son Wealth Management, the business was rebranded Mint Wealth Management in 2016, when Adam Lampe was elevated to head the firm.
“David Lampe has more than four decades’ experience running a successful wealth management and financial planning practice, and with his son Adam now leading the business, the future is bright,” said Dmitry Goldin, president and chief executive officer of Royal Alliance.
In addition to Royal Alliance, Advisor Group also includes FSC Securities Corporation, KMS Financial Services, SagePoint Financial, Securities America, Triad Advisors and Woodbury Financial.
In related news, in late August, Royal Alliance recruited Financial Foundation Services, a New Jersey-based wealth management firm with approximately $120 million in total client assets that was previously affiliated with Ameriprise.
Royal Alliance was founded in 1969 and has more than 3,000 affiliated independent financial advisors and is headquartered in Jersey City.
Advisor Group serves approximately 11,100 financial professionals that oversee more than $450 billion in client assets.
