CNL’s Corporate Capital Trust Reschedules Offering Close

Corporate Capital Trust Inc., a non-traded business development company sponsored and advised by CNL Financial Group and KKR, reported that investments in the company’s common stock will now close on February 12, 2016 to investors who purchase shares through the independent broker-dealer channel.

The company indicated that investments will remain open to investors who purchase through the registered investment advisor channel.

The closing, which was expected to take place on January 29, 2016, was rescheduled.

Following the closing, the company expects to continue its quarterly tender offers in connection with its share repurchase program. Distributions to investors are expected to be declared and paid on a monthly basis, and the company’s distribution reinvestment plan will remain in effect.
