Bluerock’s Internal Wholesalers are responsible for supporting the efforts of our Regional Wholesalers to organize and grow sales. You will have the advantage of some of the most sophisticated and attractive financial products in the marketplace, including a ’40 Act Mutual Fund, a preferred stock offering and 1031 exchange products. Bluerock is one of the fastest growing sponsors in the alt marketplace.
In this role, you will contribute directly to educating and supporting Financial Advisors who make up the selling group. You will accomplish this by phone, WebEx, direct mail, and personal interaction with top-producing advisors. You will work closely with your External Wholesaler to qualify advisors, initiate sales appointments, and organize group sales events and other marketing initiatives.
To be successful in this position, you will need to focus on qualifying and profiling financial advisors, determining sales potential and closing business.
Our internal wholesalers work out of attractive offices in Mid-town Manhattan.
Bluerock provides a competitive compensation package consisting of a base salary plus sales incentives, and a full range of fringe benefits. A Series 7 or 22 license is desired.
