Hamilton Point Hires Todd Williams to Lead West Coast Sales

Hamilton Point Investments LLC, a sponsor of alternative investment offerings, hired Todd Williams to serve as senior vice president of sales and marketing for its multifamily investment product platform. He will be responsible for overseeing sales and marketing of the company’s real estate funds and Delaware statutory trust offerings in California, Oregon, Washington, Idaho, New Mexico and Arizona.

Williams previously served as the regional director of sales for Terra Capital Partners, where he was responsible for the company’s sales and marketing efforts on the West Coast for their non-traded business development company and Reg. D offerings. He has also served as the vice president of sales and marketing for WNC & Associates, a sponsor of low income housing tax credit programs and as the chief marketing officer and director of tenant-in-common products for Argus Realty Investors LP.
