Four Springs Capital Trust Hires New Head of Acquisitions

Four Springs Capital Trust, a private real estate investment trust, hired Jared Morgan as its senior vice president, head of acquisitions to lead the company’s acquisition efforts.

Morgan brings more than 22 years of real estate underwriting, acquisition and disposition experience, having focused on the net lease sector for the past decade. Most recently, he served as a vice president of acquisitions at Spirit Realty Capital Inc. (NYSE:SRC) where he headed the East Coast office and originated and acquired more than $1 billion of net leased retail, industrial, and medical properties.

Morgan’s experience also includes serving as the head of dispositions for Sovereign Investment Company where he bought and sold more than $2 billion of net leased assets.
