Four Springs Capital Trust Buys Indiana BioLife Facility

Four Springs Capital Trust, a private real estate investment trust, purchased a single tenant medical building in Greenwood, Indiana for $8.03 million. The 16,700 square-foot building operates as a plasma collection facility for BioLife Plasma Services, a company that collects and processes plasma for life-saving therapies.

“We welcome a terrific operator in the medical space to our portfolio. BioLife has a successful track record locating in core locations in order to best serve their customer base,” said Jared Morgan, senior vice president, head of acquisitions at Four Springs Capital Trust.

Cindy Daly, director of acquisitions, added, “This high-quality property, which is located in a busy retail and medical location with excellent demographics, is an exciting addition to Four Springs’ portfolio.”

In other Four Capital news, the company recently purchased a New Jersey office building for $19.4 million, as reported by The DI Wire.

Four Springs Capital Trust focuses on acquiring a portfolio of single tenant retail, industrial/warehouse, and healthcare properties net leased to investment grade and other creditworthy tenants under long-term leases. The REIT’s portfolio is comprised of 45 properties located in 20 states.
