Four Springs Capital Hires Two Senior Vice Presidents of Sales

Four Springs Capital LLC, a sponsor of private investment programs, has hired Michael O’Shea and Cory Guy to serve as senior vice presidents of sales. Michael O’Shea will serve the Midwestern region and Cory Guy will be responsible for the Western region of the United States.

Michael O’Shea brings nearly a decade of experience in the sale of real estate securities into his new role. Prior to joining the firm, he served as a vice president with Inland Securities Corporation, a national real estate sponsor, overseeing a Midwest territory. He was responsible for raising capital for 1031 exchange oriented Delaware statutory trust offerings, non-traded real estate investment trusts, and multi-member limited liability companies.

O’Shea earned a bachelor’s degree from Purdue University and holds FINRA series 7 and 63 securities registrations.

Guy, who also has more than a decade of experience selling real estate securities, joins Four Springs from DST sponsor Capital Square 1031, where he served as a senior regional vice president of sales overseeing the western region of the United States. He previously served as a regional vice president at Triple Net Properties, and later Grubb & Ellis Corporation, where he was responsible for raising capital for 1031 exchanges, non-traded REITs, multi­member LLCs, and the company’s private wealth management program. During his tenure, he and his western region sales team raised more than $1 billion for real estate programs sponsored by the company.

Guy earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara. He holds FINRA series 7, 22 and 63 securities registrations, as well as a California real estate license.
