Cole Office & Industrial REIT Announces New CFO and Treasurer

Cole Office & Industrial REIT (CCIT II) has appointed Gavin Brandon as chief financial officer and treasurer of the company. He will be replacing D. Kirk McAllaster, Jr. who announced his retirement on August 29, 2014.

Brandon who currently serves as the principal accounting officer of Cole Office & Industrial REIT (CCIT II), Inc. has previously been involved in numerous vice president of accounting positions through Cole Capital’s sponsor affiliates such as Cole Credit Property Trust II, Inc., Cole Corporate Income Trust, Inc., and Cole Credit Property Trust V, Inc.

Prior to joining Cole Capital in 2011, Brandon worked as an audit senior manager for management consulting firm Deloitte & Touche LLP.

Brandon earned both his B.A. in accounting and his B.A. in Spanish from Weber State University. In addition, he is a certified public accountant and a member of the American Certified Public Accountants and the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts.
