Capital Square Fully Subscribes an Offering

Sponsor of Delaware Statutory Trust (DST) offerings Capital Square Realty Advisors, LLC (Capital Square), has fully subscribed a DST offering. MOB Portfolio I, DST owns one medical office building in both Houston, Texas and Gaffney, South Carolina.

“This portfolio includes two quality medical office buildings 100 percent net leased on a long-term basis to stable tenants,” commented Louis Rogers, founder and chief executive officer of Capital Square Realty Advisors.

Mentis Neuro Rehabilitation leases 100 percent of the single-story building in Houston which was built in 2008 and renovated in 2012. Located at 9551 Fannin Street, the medical building sits on 2.7 acres and includes patient rooms, administrative offices, treatment space, and therapy rooms, among other amenities.

Novant Health (Novant) leases 100 percent of the Gaffney location which was expanded and renovated in 2009 and 2011. Novant subleases a portion of the building to Spartanburg Regional Hospital which provides space to Gibbs Cancer Center & Research Institute.

Launched in early 2013, Rogers and his team have quickly grown to become a major sponsor of DST investment offerings.

“This is Capital Square’s 11th sponsored DST offering to be fully subscribed by investors. We are pleased to provide investors with the many benefits of owning investment-grade real estate in the medical sector through the DST structure,” said Rogers.
